To respond to judicial or administrative requests and comply with judicial or legal orders.

Please remember that, as the data subject, you have the following rights and may exercise them at any time:

To know which Personal Data the COMPANY is processing. Likewise, you may request at any time that your data be updated or rectified, for example if you find that your data are partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fragmented, misleading, or if their processing is expressly prohibited or has not been authorized.
To request proof of the authorization granted to the COMPANY for the processing of your Personal Data.
To be informed by the COMPANY, upon request, about how your Personal Data have been used.
To file complaints before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations of the Personal Data Protection Law.
To request that the COMPANY delete your Personal Data and/or revoke the authorization granted for their processing, by filing a claim in accordance with the procedures established in the COMPANY’s Personal Data Protection Policy. However, deletion and revocation will not proceed when you have a legal or contractual duty to remain in the database and/or file, or while the relationship under which your data were collected remains in force.

The Personal Data whose processing is authorized under this document will be kept by the Data Controller until you request that the information be deleted.
